Don’t forget that tonight is the next installment of the 2009 Nora Roberts Movie Collection! Watch “Midnight Bayou” tonight, Saturday, March 28th at 9pm starring Jerry O’Connell, Lauren Stamile, and Faye Dunaway!
Here’s the promo they forwarded:
In the Nora Roberts movie “Midnight Bayou,” Harvard-educated lawyer Declan Fitzpatrick impulsively gives up his settled life to buy Manet Hall, a newly restored plantation manor near New Orleans to which he has always found himself drawn. Legend has it that the house is haunted, and shortly after Declan moves in he starts hearing voices and seeing things. Declan is also distracted by an undeniable attraction to Cajun local Lena Simone, who grew up on the bayou with her grandmother Odette and has her own deep connection to the manor. Living in the house, Declan begins to have visions from a century past and details of events that took place in the mansion. With the help of Odette, Declan and Lena realize that they are inextricably linked with Manet Hall and uncover a shocking secret that has been hidden there for more than 100 years.

I recorded this to my DVR. I like Jerry O’Connell very much and I’m really looking forward to watching this one! The haunting aspect also appeals to my hubby and he wants me to wait to watch with him.
I’m looking forward to it.

So, did you watch? What did you think? I loved it. My hubby even watched it with me and he thought it was pretty good too. Jerry O’Connell is such a talented actor and he did wonderfully as Declan.
